I think admin don't know that one home can have same ip and many computers. How screens and logs can be proof. It must be video or you see it youself. Screens and logs served

Just tell me what do you think. That is right that scroll gives same p.atk in slow(very slow) and in other weapons and you will do nothing, or you fix that?
