Hey ! I play in this server since the re-roll at June, from first day it is, it's very rare to find a GM online. It's like you opened the server and you just keep on running it without doing anything.
Make some events, some arena pvp events with prize, some hunting events etc etc, maybe you can say for one hour every day double xp or double adena rate.
I don't say do what I want, but think of something you like and do it! People ain't gonna play here if nothing happens, i already know many people who abandoned the server and i can asure you that in the beggining there were more players than now!
Don't misunderstand me, i am full of good intentions because i like C1 and i want this server to grow and more than all , have fun.
