Ill put it plain and simpel: A wealthy server needs an active GM, or 2 if one of them is not able to be online. I dont think its ok to have to wait 7+ days to get an answer on a question. And when you finally get an answer (if you even get one) it takes another few days untill the "problem" is treated ingame.
There should be opportunity to be in contact with an GM ingame every second day atleast. As it is now the "rules" of the game is hard to know. For example, the program l2informer says 1 thing and the "Server database" at the site says something completly different. Its hard to play a game when you dont have proper information. And there is a great shortage of information now. One example is the skill-list on the two different media I just mentioned. I wanna know what to expect to get from my class when it hits 40+. Droplist also seems pretty inaccurate (l2informer).
Yes I am complaining but instead I would prefer the GM to take this as a good tips. There is NO way this server will become really sucessfull if there isnt support, people will get tired and leave for a server where they can find a GM that actually gives a damn. I know for sure I am not the only one who think this. Only reason I stay is because I find the server very unique, one of its kind, but is that enough?
So tell me: are we gonna see some change here or shall we continue wasting time to send massages to an GM that hardly answers?
