пишет, что не может найти какой-то файл. попробуй скачать чистый клиент с торрентов и поставить патч заново

Seems like L2 cant load some files to execute. a corrupted download / installation by probably antivirus , or bad installation of server patch
1) Did antivirus warned your meanwhile you was downloading / installing game ?
2) Did you installed Game "lineage 2 C1.exe" , and patch "update.exe" in same route ? : C: / Games / L2C1
1) if Awser is Yes: Your antivirus fucked you Installation and or Download too. Fix ? disable it temporally . and Re-download + Re-install
2) If Awser is No: Just install Patch and game in same route.

Please tell me what happend . if still with problems is posible get Remote assistance from me.
