i thoought this server was trully c1 yet again daggers are nerfed...blow type skills chance sucks..plz fix it they way its supose to be,thnx

Maybe just unlucky? my dagger hit normal...like 50% sometimes i hit sometimes i miss...

If do not believe me download C1 or C4 pack and check that nothing is changed
This player reported because he played on C1 server with buffer so. buffs = more critical chance and that = more blow chance
