this is for a C1 server. but because it is your server you can do what ever you want with it.

hay problemas con personas que quieren rates altos, y rates bajos, gente que viene de muy diferente servidores
no problems with people who want high rates and low rates, people who come from very different servers
C1 era un juego lento, con lugares de leveling como cruma tower, ruins of agony, despair, quest de recolector de skull, pt con pp activos, bd activos, 1 char por personas, y de vez en cuando alguien que usa l2walker que de manera restringida se podia usar, asedios con top C, set B no funcionaban en 2004 (hasta que surgio el primer parche de C2 en 2005)... muy seguido salio el C3 pero no viene al caso, correr de gludin a gludio encontrando la diversion sin conocer el song of wind, atacar un arquero entre 2 o 3 por sus altos criticos y muchas cosas mas, eso es C1 es un juego mas dificil, (aburrido para muchos) pero no para mí, amo el C1 y toi no estaba en él.

C1 was a slow game, with points of leveling as cruma tower, ruins of agony, despair, skull collector quest, pp pt with active, active bd, 1 char by people, and occasionally someone using that L2Walker could be used narrowly, sieges with top C, set B did not work in 2004 (until the first patch emerged C2 in 2005) ... very often went the C3 but not irrelevant, run Gludin to Gludio finding the fun without knowing the song of wind, an archer attack between 2 or 3 for its high critical and much more, that's C1 is a harder game , (boring for many) but for me, I love toi C1 and was not in it.

Might also be fun to have some event running like medal event but i think it was bunny event in c1,c2,c3 if i dont remember wrong.
Also SPOIL, it must be x8 chanse? thats not realy true since some items would be 100% and its not for sure, also might want to lower it a bit and incrase the amount for a bit faster material farming, ppl who dont belong to the major clans will have major problems farming materials

Ye SPOIL chance should be reviewed if it is 8x, now it looks like 1x or 2x.

i think you talk about amount not spoil rate:) rate is x8 its correct but the amount is x1 or max x2

As i said, chanse is x8 but its not accurate to all mobs as some mobs dont have 100% spoil rate wich they should, problem is if you use an automated program to set spoil/drop rate it sets items to over 100% and that sometimes mess up the spoiltable.
I also advised to lower it to maybe x5 but rais the amount instead as that would gain more then a chanse of x8

Its x8 but for example a item:
60% x8 = 70% / 1% x8 = 8% so low level monster you can fell like spoil is x3 but in hard items you will see is x8

I can't edit ammount of spoil on this script it make monster not able to spoil

Yes , we count with those events.
About basic materials clan didnt say nothing. seems like they are ok.

add 58+,im bored;D,
i think is the same thing,pve is easy anyway,
1st:if you add 58+,you give a reason to lvl up further 58+,for example,me as a dagger i had a reason to lvl up{and that reason was 99% because of evasion(i have evasion fetich though:DD}
classes that dont need evasion i dont think they actually have reason to lvl up further(ofc they have reason,but is nice seeing your character geting stronger in a sense you want him to be)
2nd:dagger blows58lvl,are just waste;Dmy critical hit just do more dmg,so its a "waste" of time/mp,not actually waste,but it sucks seeing your skills make less dmg than your normal critical hits
3d:about mage classes i dont see much problem,in pvp at least,i pvp with 60lvl mage(he had sages)i had bo and i was 70,his dmg was verry nice,nothing failed

lair-yes, i thing the most B grade recipes for weapon its there, spoil drop etc and B armors parts, +molds (clue-hardener-lubri).
toi- difficult question, don't know what monsters have there, have any useful spoil-drop? if yes i vote yes if no i vote no, in server x8 and premium choise i thing we don't need new area for exp!
skills 58+ yes, this maybe bring new players to the server and i thing its useful for solo (no so many partys in server).
I saw some kind of answers, you are the Admin you are doing what you want, but we must not forget that without payments of Player the server will not survive.

Im thinking about inquisition words:
Npc buffer: No / yes (but only half buffs and low level ones)
Dual box : No
TOI : No
External program: perma ban (for support for shop for anythink) *more external programs here = more server crash
With that Server gonna be True C1

Dual box : allowed, i'm sure people quit instantly if dual boxing is forbidden
TOI : No - dont see any reason for toi mobs, i saw someone said loa is boring - start pvping, sieging
people make mmorpg good, not npcs
External program: ban
oh and please make loa port cheaper

Well i agree to remove Npc buffers and forbidde dual box.
My personal opinion:
As Luke once said most fun to play this game is play together with others, or something like that. And both, Dualbox and Npc buffs gives opportunity to play this game all by your self. As I see this game - its raids, bosses parties, parties to exp in dangerous places like GC, LoA. Sieges, Wars, Clans. Everywhere i see is team play needed. To succeed - Team play needed.
Another good example is Purpleswan post that hes bored, and ask to add skills 58+ . Well i have nothing against it. But what difference it makes ? Skills 58 + will be add, and then you hit top lvl, got all skills, then what ? You will get same bored. (i understand you have other reasons to add 58+ skills too).
I like this game most when i play it with others. And i think people who is lower lvl and have a party have more fun than those who is lvl 60+++ play alone with theyrs 3-4 boxes somewhere deep in loa, where is lonely and dark ...There is nothing out there, either way when you are high lvl all you left is sieges, wars, raids, bosses, parties, and for all that you need other players.
But then again, if there is no people, its not fun play anyway, so i think you have to look what most people say.
And remember this is my personal opinion.
