Vampiric Rage Buff

This server is C1 then of couse, this buff is not available. But we can see that Herb of Vampiric still drop from mob then I wonder if GM can enable it or not

If Shilen Elder have that buff, I think more people will play buffer that make class diversity grow. Morever, that will help player so much in this MAX-LEVEL-60 server.

Howerver, because this skill is not availble in C1 nor C2 then I think GM should make it not easy to get, maybe in quest Wishing Potion (like Amulet: Heart of Paagrio).
