If Shilen Elder have that buff, I think more people will play buffer that make class diversity grow. Morever, that will help player so much in this MAX-LEVEL-60 server.
Howerver, because this skill is not availble in C1 nor C2 then I think GM should make it not easy to get, maybe in quest Wishing Potion (like Amulet: Heart of Paagrio).
