Well,I got my problem solved.The only thing I had to do was to run l2.exe from windows 7 shortcut folder. About your case I have no clue what's wrong...I hope you will get it solved soon too.
I voted not allowed, but if there was an option that was allowing 1 more window that would stay only in town for selling or buying or generally trading something I would vote that.
