Well i like the c1 server a lot, no doubt! but in my opinion something has to change. People are leaving the server and not many new are coming. I know c1 is a bit tough to play. People right now, which are playing on the servers are pretty happy with the rates and all around. But think about all the other people who doesnt wanna come cause it takes too long to level up to 75. L2 c1 has not many buffs or strong equipment u can buy from luxury. This c1 8x server feels like a 3x c5 server. C1 is from the year 2003 and people doesnt wanna spent tons of time for a game that is 10 years old. I believe if the server population will increase (maybe slowly) if the rates will be a bit higher. People will be happier with faster levling and they know they will come faster to pvp. Also the most people will creat more charackters what means again more different classes on the server = easier to find some random groups what results again in more pvp and play time. Dont get me wrong the server itself is great but the balance and stuff the gm and developers are doing is just based on the people what are playing RIGHT NOW! not for potential players that could come. Id say give it a try and push the rates to 12x or so also bring back the premium for at least 4 combat hours or so. Just to make the server more tasty for new player. If this will work the server has it owns publicity and more and more will follow.
