Dont know what you call donate for power, but donate for a lvl 45 char with full cgrade gear is what i call donate for power and also clan lvl 5 and donate for buffs. =).
Donate:
Paypal metod
-Premium item 10 COLS [X2 exp X2 % drop. 10 combat Hours [1 week aprox]]
-Strider: 35 CoL
-Rename char: 10 CoL [support server and get 2º chance]
-Lvl 1-45 + C grade = 25 CoL [To pro players who want fast pvp get started]
-Clan lvl 5: 10CoL
-150 AA [Extra buffs 1AA each Dances/Songs] 10CoL

Ive posted a minor solution to the lack of basic materials, as the spoil is x8 chanse and seems like some spoil tables are messed up its better to lower the chance and incrase the amount as that would gain more

this is your problem As i said, chanse is x8 but its not accurate to all mobs as some mobs dont have 100% spoil rate wich they should, problem is if you use an automated program to set spoil/drop rate it sets items to over 100% and that sometimes mess up the spoiltable.
I also advised to lower it to maybe x5 but rais the amount instead as that would gain more then a chanse of x8
