sever down? *Fixed

Now it's 4 Am at GMT, and i cant log in the sever...i havent seen any report here, i want to ask maybe sever down or have problem with my computer. Thx u

About new change buffer

This picture after sever add the newbuffer =)) i hope something will be fix. Maybe remove all c3 buff, set auto ss back for all player, can donate item or buff but donante item/buff still can make by normal player ( hardly )... Thx
