NoGrade Weapon x1 Shot

To make the start for newer players more attractive and comfortable we should discuss this issue.

There are many nograde weapons you can't use shots with, which is very annoying especially on the start.
Even those weapons u can get as reward from quests in your starting area are of this kind which makes em almost useless.
In order to decrease the amount of frustration C1 brings to new players and in order to keep em here, I suggest to change those x0 weapons to x1 though players can use shots with their very first weapons.

SS Tax

This is also a known issue that annoys mostly the newer players (which shouldn't be annoyed since we need them)

My information about this contains following:
SS Tax was enabled on the previous version of this server (before wipe and become lowrate c1). People were able to donate to get rid of this.

Now, players can't get rid of it, it's annoying it brings nothing good for server and only bad things for players.

Pros:

If donation option is enabled again, high income, otherwise no pro's at all

Cons:

new players, with lack of money have problems running shots, which is annoying and makes em leave again (seen multiple ppl discussing this issue on low lvl areas and it brings a huge amount of frustration)
you have to travel to town way more often
many areas with crappy adena drops are nogo for players since the ss-cost are higher than the adena u can get -> variety of grinding spots reduced

Penalty (Clan/Players)

Hello community,

I think every single one of u encountered the problem I want to discuss atleast once on this server: 5 days of penalty, either for players upon leaving or for clans upon kicking members is alot and everyone knows how annoying it is, to wait 5 days clanless until u can get invited or invite ppl agan.
So I suggest to change this, since NCSoft realized this issue also on C2.

So I've made 2 polls for this, the first is about the penalty for clans upon kicking members, the 2nd one about a player's penalty upon leaving a clan.
U're free to discuss pro's and con's about this.

Divine Boots wrong model

Divine Boots use wrong model ingame.
They share the same model as Avadon Boots and ain't having their normal one.. (this means they do look like Avadon Boots if you equipp them, while they should look totally different... compare at www.ivory-tower.de ) or check the image below
