Quest Black Swan

During the Quest Black Swan,

i were able to turn in the quest the first time, now i farmed some Lizard Fangs but when i'm turning in the quest i'm getting disconnected from the game.

Then i found that i got 2 stacks of Lizzard Fangs in my inventory (as you can see on the scrrenshots).

Is there any possibility that an GM could delete the smaller stack? Cause i can't Delete them.

Hello,

the NPC Ralod is not appearing during the quest.

I tried many options such as Kill the Boss first, then the guards .
Kill the Guards first then the boss, but he won't appear.

Could someone help me Please?
