I vote for C3 or C5 because they have quite a few more skills, equipment and balances/adjustments compared to C1 that provide a bit more enjoyment but still stay true to what I consider that classic L2 feeling. How soon could you start hosting a server boss?

Doing a good c1 will request me time , i will start working meanwhile i will let c3 online once the new computer i've purchased arrives.
 
Prelude project = posible there is stuff we must mention about prelude version and their features in brief:
 
Prelude all you wanted to know:
 
-Alpha beta  :  max level uknow . only warriors . not soulshot . game models such : villages , orcs , armors items total different design,  helmet and cloaks were visible : only played by a few coreans and exist 2 spaniards guys who have more information even access to server & game files (it cost as i know is 5.000 eurs)
 
-Open beta : Max level 75 (But game content really is designed up for level 50 this means there is not content yet for who get more level than 50 , so we can say real max level is 50) . soulshot (added only as a temporal help to in dungeons) but due "economyc system of game" ncsoft could not prevent that with the time players could mantain continuated usage of soulshots this unbalanced game making mages on dissadvantage since they could not use soulshot , so the need for spiritshots arrived and then blessed spiritshots. Max wear players could get is C (purchased for adena at luxury shops) .  The last village you can access is giran . There is not Second class
 
-Live : This prelude implements second class change and other features is more near to our old know c1
 
Other information:
Server files i have i believe they are "Prelude Open beta 2004" so even if i have prelude live client , second class skills are not full supported in this pack
Mention that haplex , l2walker , dualbox do not works on prelude
This is one of first version of lineage 2 which online support so many things may not working.

Thanks for hosting C3 again!!! There just aren't any good servers at the moment, I want to just remain loyal here anyway if there's a server to play.
I would be interested to try out prelude/C1 again but I believe since then L2 developers were creating good content up to a point, which was somewhere between C3 to C5. More content, more balanced and more clan and community functions (better clan management, clan halls and mail etc).

GM: would it be beneficial to create a vote reward system, so we can get more exposure and get more people here? I have seen other servers let people vote for their server on three different L2 top list sites and you in turn get points and with 30 points get non P2W items like hats, maybe even CCQ items. Even make them non-transferable to limit their influence on the game. The web interface lets you choose which character you are sending the points towards. Just a thought.

madocter i will like to play prelude i will fully support you with your project as i did before i can livestream and making rb videos on youtube to drag ppl in im to young (21) so i dident catch prelude to play  me and ather 4 friends will like to give it a try
im ok with c1 again but i want to play prelude too

Vote reward system is easy but not even a major priority . about c0 i need find "prelude live" client because prelude open beta client that i have is in korean

   Made quite some good memories, and firends too, while playing on your servers. Don't really care what people say, wouldn't  it be you, there would be no servers like this, at the time, there was nothing like that. Granted, population never was high, but there was people searching for something to go back to. And because of you, they found it.

I literally signed up here just to post this... I have been looking / wanting / waiting for a server like this. Anything that is C3 or older I would be very excited to play. I played official all the way up til about Mid C4 when it started getting too cluttered and then I lost interest. Judging by what I've read so far on these forums, you handle it way better than most other private servers I've gone to. So if and when you do come back online, you'll have atleast 1 new fresh face running around!

There are still no better servers available than the C3 one we had here. My interest in staying here remains if a server is hosted, but if it's c1 or lower there are L2 Classic servers opening very soon in English, which will fill that void. Classic platform servers have a lot of hype & interest in the community at the moment, but I doubt they will hold the more experienced players interest for long. After they achieve B grade quickly and therefore end game, they will either have to reroll or quit.
