If u have trained in LOA u will see many mobs drop A keys, then A item is no problem. Don't worry about it because if u are 61 lvl u will get A grade mastery, thats mean if u wear it , u will get penalty, so no problem with it

They drop off limal and kariks(?), maybe something else. I was the one selling the helmet. I asked madocter to exchange it for another item, but he wouldn't. So, I guess I either keep it or sell it to vendor. What a waste of a full drop....
