I consider myself an honest person, you can be sure that if I were a dagger, would be here saying the same, as a matter of logic, that amount of damage is really annoying, especially when, at least the fighters we have aroud 2.3/2.5 k hp.

Imo the rest of the other things are perfect.

You are right we do have to live with NCsofts mistakes (mistakes are all in the eye of the beholder) but there were not dagger mistakes till C2. In c1 dagger users were nowhere near as powerful as in C2. The problem we seem to have here is that this server is using a TON of Chronicle 2. The problem that occurred on the official servers was, when lineage updated from c1 to c2, ncsoft made it so that Pdef had very little effect on dagger skills ( this was not a problem in c1 or c3). I would hate to see the land rate of a daggers skill altered because that would change the ability to level the class. Seems to me that there has to be a way to look at the way the skill is effected by pdef and see if it can be altered ( the underwear might not be a bad idea if no other solution can be found). If it hurts the ability to lvl the character then it will cause people not to play the class at all. I personally think it should be left alone. Daggers are supposed to destroy at close range... the problem is that most people are not paying attention so a dagger will run up and gank them and they die... so because they weren't watching their back they think the dagger is OP. PLease keep in mind a dagger with sws and prophet buffs is going to be FAST and VICIOUS. I am only giving my opinion, i do not play a dagger and i haven't not been killed by one so i do not really know how they work on this server, all i can tell you is how it worked on retail.

1)Firstly as u said the problem is that p def has very little effect on dagger skills!When i have ud the daggers still makes 1.5k dmg!
2)Secondly those dmges are occurred without any buffs!Imagine their power with buffs-dances-songs...i dont even want to think about it!And i think that there is noone that likes playing in a server like this!All people will create only daggers...

Well i was discussing with a friend about this and we came into 2 conclusions that i dont know if they can be applied!(this solutions should be applied if nothing can be done about daggers damage)
1)u can add some skills that give hp to some classes like gladiators or tanks that hit melee!For expample at 50 lvl u can add a skill +500 hp at 60 lvl another +500!But it may cause unbalance with other chars like mages that they will need more hits to beat one of those classes so it wouldnt be the best choice
2)u can add skill *shield slam* to tanks so that they can block physical skills of daggers and they will be very usefull to party pvps!in any case daggers can run and tanks cant beat them!its just a thought and as i said i dont know if it can be applied but it will keep server balanced!

A friend and I were talking about how in c1 on retail we never lost to a dagger(i was DA and he was a destro) and we remembered YOU COULD CHAIN STUN IN C1. Yes, thats right a DA or destro or glad or dwarf could keep a dagger stunned... that was the balance...the dagger still hit like a truck, but the heavy armor classes ALL HAD STUNS that lasted 5 seconds and could not be broken by damage. The damage break was added in c2 ( i checked the official patch notes)

You want your fix, there it is, the solution is simple... let the server run the way retail C1 did.

Bored with that really!its not retail its bugged(ud and the same damage again+stun rarely works+some classes have no stuns)I play a dagger and im op now!take a heavy armor class and come against me and bring ur friend too-no hope!end of this issue!

look at what a tank could do and tank without stun...
find me a video that a dagger beats a tank with 2 skills like here just one!

yes the problem is vicious stance increase so much the dmg

btw i tested underwear and no dmg difference
underwear decrease sucess rate of morta blow skills ? or what

daggers is a little op and what ? before was 3 - 4 k of dmg we working on balance
