Now I could solve the above problem but to open the laucher not update or anything ... that is the end of uTorrent download the file, opened the laucher and "file progress" and "overall progress" advancing the download does nothing wait and wait and nothing

Don't use the launcher, go into the system directory and launch l2.exe directly.
