Hello,

I have been axiously waiting to start the quest Grim Collector, a staple C1 Quest. When I finally get to Ruins of Agony and start killing Tracker Skeletons and Tracker Skeleton Leaders I find that only 1 every 6 or so drop quest items. This is not correct, they drop quest items almost always, of varying rarity (tigh bones, arm bones, etc), but very often.

This was one of the reasons I really liked this server, to have to chance to get D grade through Grim Collector and hard work. I hope this is revised ASAP.

Zombies appear to have normal drop rate, and increased drop quantity as established by the server (it's not rare to kill a zombie and get 3 quest items).

Maybe you remember that quest from any private server ?.

I remember on official ncsfot server and it was realy hard to finish that quest.

Yes, I played on a C1 x1 private server. But I did play on retail when it went free. The skeletons drop often, I'm sure. If not, what's the point of the quest? You just wouldn't get any money.

Normally, you would assemble LOTS of quest items so that you take them to Varsak to risk the assembly of complete ones. That's never happening here since the quest items are SO rare.

Please double check these mobs, it just isn't working properly.

+1, look at the zombies drop, they drop by 2 or 3 but always, and skeletons only drop 1 every 5 mobs or so.

I remember when I was in my L2 c1 server x1, I got rich by doing this quest.

lineage quests are to just make smth extra while you level,this is not wow...
if you read the quest it says:if you are lucky 1monster can drop a "whole body" but thats verry hard because in the process of killing some body parts are getting damaged so they are useless,zombies have flesh,skeletons dont,so whose less fragile>?zombies!!this quest sucks dont waste your time;D

1 Zombie Heart = 20a
1 Zombie Liver = 20a
1 Skull = 100a
1 Rib Bone = 40a
1 Spine = 14a
1 Arm Bone = 14a
1 Thigh Bone = 14a

Those are retail server rewards. 2k for the complete skeleton.

By the way, you will NEVER get a complete skeleton from a monster. You have to get the 5 pieces and then take them to Varsak, who has a 50% (or 80%, can't remember) chance of assembling a full body which you then turn in for 2k.

Who talked about wow? All of what you said is extremely wrong. It seems to me that you know nothing about the quest. Those are retail server rewards. 2k for the complete skeleton.

Standard farming procedure: Start this quest, do it until lvl25 (or 24 if you are fighter, the point is to get the skills) and then DE-LEVEL till 20. REPEAT until you have enough money for full D grade. Probably won't have to de-level here, given the rates.

I have done this quest HUNDREDS of times, INCLUDING L2 OFFICIAL server. So don't come talking nonsense.

Obviously, something is wrong with the skeletons. I hope admins realize this and fix it asap. It's a very important C1 quest.

all i said was some bullshit i came up with,i dont have a problem if there is a problem/bug with this quest to be fixed,my oppinion is that this quest is not worth..

Okay, good to know. However, to me, and I'm sure lot's of other players, this a useful quest and it should be fixed. Fingers crossed.

there were bug on this quest on russian servers and via this bug you will become rich on this quest
bug occured because quest were modified to give a little bit more at rates x1
at bigger rates it becomes "free flow of adena quest"
there this bug is fixed, now quest depends on rates

I understand, you don't want this quest to become an "easy money" quest. The thing is it's NOT an easy money quest. The quest is NOT working correctly here. Please log into the game and try to do it yourselves.

Lower the quest drop rate to x1, and quest reward to x1 for this quest if you don't want it to have greater-than-retail benefits. However, as it is now, farming skellies makes no sense at all. I assure you, it is not working correctly.

You are saying you fixed the "russian server" bug. I don't know about that. All I know is that in THIS server the quest is not working properly. PLEASE fix this. It's a VERY important quest.

Zombies drop more than ok. Skellies have their drop screwed.
