I voted not allowed, but if there was an option that was allowing 1 more window
that would stay only in town for selling or buying or generally trading something

Voted "not allowed".
If server started as a "classic" server with strict rules, then why do u need to change them at the half-way?
No npcbuffer, no dualbox = great!
Agreed with second window in town, only for selling and buying stuff, nothing more.

I know personally ppl who are playing here just because there is no dual box allowed and I like it too. So hell no.
