Current situation

I understand that wipe is last solution but sometimes it's too late. That's the problem which u can see on many servers....ppl are trying to change something after the majority of community left the server instead of making the server more enjoyable before things goes wrong. Anyway I appricate that you are trying to do some changes and mainly I am grateful that there is this kind of server. CLosing server for 2 weeks won't change anything. Maybe for wekk or two...but well...that's all

But that's just my opinion and I might be wrong for sure.

I have an Idea!...How about you go xp..and Level up...and earn money...and by shit...and sell shit ..Like the rest of us...instead of complain..about low population....its low from weak crybabies....this is for hardcore...Lenny .....I Will Kill uuuuu



Oh....and some nice events like "search items Hiene" would be nice....pvp arena event sucks..no shots...LAME.

MAYBE SOME SUGGESTIONS FOR EVENT TYPES? here is one:

Spawn weird mob some where hidden...and players must find it..drop reward item trade for....C grade top weapon..or sumthing?

Another:

GM hides sumwhere, gives hints in Global CHAT... "I spy" ....1st player to find him get 5kk adena (it is on the ground already).

how about you? any idea? >

I like the ideas of these events, I prefer no Top C item given, since it favors the only the people online on those hours that event is kept, and Top C is still quite hard to get in this server, I'd prefer to keep it that way. But definetily Top Lux crystal amount Item sure, something you cant buy from lux but excists, something like Heathen's book. Or some other hard to get item, but maybe let the person who win choose which item from same worth of crystals he/she wants to take. Adena event is good too...

That's hide and seek event which I suggested year ago and also yestrday. I was making events on ncwest for few weeks and believe me, that's smthing ppl really enjoyed.

Btw I was playing on retail since prelude. I am telling from the beggining that makes anything easier makes no sense. How dare you are to tell me such a bullshits?

If there is no population, there is no fun. It has nothing to do with farming.

Btw rewards which you suggested are ridiculous. You can't reward ppl with top C weapon with single hide & seek. You have to thing about it more deeper. If you win event and you will get top C weapon for few minutes of your time, server will be full of C eqip or lot of money really fast. Make smaller rewards, like buff scroll, 500k, crafting material or smthing like that and make it like 2 weeks tour. Person with most points from events during that week will receive much better reward for example top C weapon as you suggested.

But hell, events must be daily. There must be fun. Find person who will work with you on it or who will do it for you...

I have been sucked into arguments with low IQz before!!

hide and seek hiene is an event we had here many times before..GM would hide things in Hiene..and we would go search them..small stuff like D armors...seed harvest...ect (I once got blessed EWD)

the top C was a suggestion from a "Funny Mob" spawn event...like say....for example...a level 60+ Aggro Doom Knight in execution ground..droping a crystal dagger 100% once a month or something....never before done...a suggestion.

Another Suggestion:
GM....Give me 35kk...I will do hide and seek .....5kk per event reward....6 times ....(my pay 5kk)...can be 1 time each day for 6 days.

I think making events daily on this server would not be good for anyone, since it only favors the people who are able to be at stable hours at every day online, some of us, which i believe is also most of us goes to work every day, some of us have shiftwork, which makes us not be able to be online even every day. Which means that those people who are already rich since being on the server every day, playing every day, would eventually only be having the chance to win this event. There needs to be some kind of randomness-chance to get everyone interested. Fine - more small rewards, I dont mind, but I definetily disagree with giving a Top C weapon right away so easy. The reward needs to be interesting and tempting enough for people taking apart.

Reason why I didnt take apart on those pvp events, was since there is no way winning anything in this server with a spellsinger on arena, since shots doesnt work. U take shots out of mage, casts forever, always during that time will be interrupted, in case u dont get interrupted, the sleep or whatever skill you were trying, wont land.

However, whoever the new GM will be, he should be active. Events are good as long as there arent too many of them, I never was a big fan of events to begin with, just the game itself was enough for me. But I must say I enjoyed the hide and seek event

What about advanced buffs for noobies? IMO, new players should get good buffs (max level) from 8-12 levels and start loosing them on 20+ levels.

Wouldn't be too bad of an idea, I vote for this, more buffs for the start and start losing them on higher level Maybe keep some basic buffs till quite late like WW and shield

Lili..... Seriously.... What I meant by my sayings, was that there should be a small random-factor in each event so anyone could win.... Not that we start to do spin the wheel, or lottery events, what the hell would be the point of those....

It starts to look very bad, might have to consider the option of wipe. I dont see anyone online, can't make raidparties. I used to be able to be quite much online, but a month from this will be tough for me. I see only the same faces online and usually they staying in town since they cant find party either....
