Since I noticed the Estate is awailable here, and as far as I know ppl are slow on this. So i'd like to ask for a Estate ownership in this particular place.

haha well well we can do somethink with states . ATM i do not remember procedure to adquire state. i remember that is posible but forggot it. need time to check how its posible. or ask smeli that is on holliday probably

Last server I played in was one simmilar to this, there I had estate approved by smeli. So I think that he really knows how to do it
