No herbs in c1.

I played since retail closed beta ask me anything.

Correct. but have low drop chance here. Is psychological factor to avoid desire of Dualbox. for example when no party with buffer posible, Herbs can meet the bar. also i think herbs are not so anonyng

What about dualbox prevention ? I didn't try to dualbox, but what would happen if I did ? It won't work, right ?

Well is stupid dualbox if you know that is not allowned and you risk of Jail .

5) Get Module client & server extra protection + Dualbox control options In process...
6) 1 week advertise proyect. V

I completely understand this. I just am curious. I actually never boxed and never willing to.

herbs are a great addition instead of npc buffer,it makes buffers still needed,prevents selfish soloing while still allowing the ones who want to play alone to solo,plus dont forget server just started and atm population is not verry big,if in the near future server will be able to work as l2official i dont think is hard to remove herbs,its just a great fair and safe add on!!

x2 and c1 is really difficult and the most of us don't have enough time to play hardcore as in those times, herbs are a great gift!

I like the herb system, but I've been told that if you pick up a herb of attack speed it overwrites the potion of alacrity. This should be changed asap!

Really?
C1 doesn`t had groups of buffs/debuffs, only one stack?

Then you can walk easier way. Herbs (on this server) are just pick-up items of some kind, that first go to inventory when picked, and then immediately gets used (not always! sometimes herb stays at inventory, and can be used later).

If u can make all the attack speed / cast speed herbs not to use immediately, it`ll be enough. Let them stay in inventory, until needed. Just make that items not-exchangeable, to prevent speculating. ^^

Them are a small help to farming . must be used in the moment . herb is not a potion smile.gif

The problem is, when you come to a farming location, use Alacrity potion (20 minutes haste1), and starting to kill mobs... Suddenly, one of the killed mobs drop an Haste2 herb, you pick up it, and... after 2 minutes, you have no active herb, and NO active potion! And what if it was not a simple potion, but the one from the Medals quest?

Herbs are great assist to all players, no doubt. But when they do things like that - it`s not good. biggrin.gif

That`s a bit hard to do. Herbs are so big, and other normal loot items are so small... Sometimes I can`t pick up adena, for ex, without picking the herb first. =(

And another one BIG problem! Mana herbs! They work a little strange - their mana recovery effect depends on current MP left!!! For example, when you have 300 mp from 600 max, the simple Herb of Mana recovers about 200 MP, all right here. But when you have left 30 mp from 600 max, and you pick up the same mana herb, it recovers... just 12-14 MP!!! I.e., amount of recovered MP depends on actual mp state, not on the MP cap of the character.

Please, at least fix that MP herb bug. =)

Investigated:

there are no skill in C1 that gives percent out of max MP
so to those herbs added simple percent from current MP skill

It's a little tough to have to watch out for what you pick up, slows you down a lot. I still think that if I buy a pot and use it I don't want to have it's effects erased by some herb that lasts only 2 min.
Herbs help with the downtime and all but this isn't pretty cool =(
