What's currently needed (IMHO)

Been taking a look at the server so far and getting some info/help from the friendly players of the server.

As far as I can currently tell this is what the server needs.

Advertising, promotion, etc. Stress the fact that it is stable, brings back nostalgia, and there is no donations for power.

Less Clans. Yes when you come back everyone likes the underdog approach, but from what I here 1 clan is basically dominating right now and there are then a spread of smaller clans, ally up guys

Events. The game needs either automatic or gm driven events, however, not the typical event where players get like ungodly amounts of items for doing basically nothing. Simple automated one such as collect gold coins, when you have 16 you can turn them in for a small treasure chest, or if you had 45 can turn into a large treasure chest, make them drop like 1 in 40 mobs or something, and different chests have a chance of giving between A-X items from basic to good.

Promote server to other clans. Entice large clans to join up give the leader and 2 officers of a 15+ Member clan instant 40 with low C-Grade to get them into the game, and start making revenue to support a clan with free Proof of Blood and 1 SP Scroll.

Advertise of Official forums, mask your post in places like Chronos Trade forum with title WTS get 1000+ views of a well edited posted, enticing players to come.

All in all loving being able to play C1 again wish it had more players, when talking in clan vent last night with my retail clan managed to get 4 other players to come jump on with me and continue to level through we now have a SWS/SE/SR/BH/WS in the making.

Dont know what you call donate for power, but donate for a lvl 45 char with full cgrade gear is what i call donate for power and also clan lvl 5 and donate for buffs. =).

-Strider: 35 CoL
-Rename char: 10 CoL [support server and get 2º chance]

-150 AA [Extra buffs 1AA each Dances/Songs] 10CoL

I think donation are fine, I havn't used them but don't think they make any unbalance.

We are on Maxcheaters lineage2 forum.

I think we are on some toplists, but we could make more focus on which and where we vote, here on forum

-I agree about clans.
-About advertise i spam almost in all forums even did a post on official. also we are in wikipedia only else is buy more banners. i dont know about any clan since i quit L2 on c4 maybe you could do that task also spam in oficial server if you can i dont know if they have global chanel
-About events we count with officials events l2heart , medals , Etc... about GM handed events i used to do on weekends
I think also we need less negativity, sascarm from users really this is important too

Another thing a few friends from Retail where thinking of, is some way to see how many players are online, and maybe even see who is online what class they are, however not what lvl they are. That way new players coming in can seek out other players for parties/questions/etc.

clans in c1 is max 40 members on max 5th level

Yes , we talking here many minor clans and they could do better 1 big clan instead.



Is good idea. i can tell you are 2 types of player oldschool who go archer with dancer and song. and normal players knight , summoner , mage etc. all options are good i think players can tell you better than me

Just a headsup, Paypal donations dont work.

Tried to get premium account on Lustiel my toon so i get x2 exp/etc and it wont do anything on paypal.
