Auto spiritshots

I've tried to use auto spiritshots on my level 22 human mystic but they don't seem to work too well. The automatic reloading of a new spiritshot works fine but they seem to load too slow or something. If I'm casting my spells with auto spiritshots enabled, I cast my spells as slow as the spiritshot wouldn't be loaded. I've played the whole time with auto spiritshots disabled and I can nuke way faster like that.
I would blame it perhaps on the distance to the server but I live in Belgium which is next to Germany.

Am I the only one with this issue or not?

Yes i already know about this bug. auto blesed spiritshots doesnt enable your more casting speed.
solution ? ATM if mages need casting speed should use manual spiritshots
this can be fixed in a future server update

Ah thanks for the info. Couldn't find any posts about this yet.
Not a big deal anyways, I can live with manual shots on a mage class.

BTW, increase of cast speed when using spiritshots appears only in C3+.
Here, in C1 - maybe because some code of C4 server was used.

Well just becarefull you don't add to much help to mages - it can fast become like interlude one big disco show...
You lowered archers and daggers, if you add more casting speed than c1 is suppose to on mages you should keep an eye open for what changes that makes on pvp/pve.

By this im not saying that this change wont make it more balance, but everytime we change anything on the server it will have some kind effect on pvp and pve on how fast er gain xp or kill in pvp smile.gif

But we ofcause have a good admin so im not to worried.

So what was the difference between blessed and normal spiritshots in C1? Or weren't there blessed spiritshots in C1?

Spiritshots ups m.atk x2 (damage x1.4) and blessed spiritshots x4 (damage x2).
Mag. damage = 91*sqrt(m.atk)/m.def

the best way is to take unmodified C1 pack and test
as I had tested blessed shots were introducted in Prelude or C1 and had current effects

there are no Prelude server leak, so you cant' test what happened on Prelude

Smeli one prelude server was leaked or im wrong ?

Guys soulshot added by error on L2 was a mistake a terrible mistake they added soulshot just like a help or when char with lown hp or to dungeons.
Due economic system of game with the time players can have soulshot all the time and mages was in disadvantage then they added spiritshots , and then blesed spiritshots

prelude v3 NA [Only a map like giant talking island] -only warriors no mages released
prelude v3.1 NA [Big map with rest of towns] -only warriors no mages released

prelude open beta soulshot
prelude live soulshot - spiritshots [almost c1]

C1 soulshot - blesed ?


*All spiritshots add casting speed as i know. but blesed increase more the DMG

The problem here is when Auto-spiritshots = no more casting speed . only when manual spiritshots
